"I’ve had the worst experience which this agent so I added a vehicle to my policy and corporate gave me a price but she figured a way to raise my insurance she also failed to remove a vehicle that I sold and she continued to charge me for the vehicle even after I asked for it to be removed they would tell me yes we’re gonna remove it right away and when I receive my next bill, the car will still be charged so I called again. No we’re gonna go ahead and remove. It is what she said but then I get my second bill and the car still in my policy even ask her I asked for it to be removed for three months credit my account back And it never happened now I have to take legal action because they’re abusing of the consumer"
